So I've been eating vegetarian (not just grilled cheese, I promise) since the beginning of the year. So far it's been pretty easy (mostly because of the grilled cheese) and enjoyable. I eat things like this.

We have a standing policy of guilt-free Monday night naptime after work. While the policy is optional, if chosen it trumps all other activities (other than taking out the trash).

Back to Melt before the vegetarian paprikash (sorry, Dave) grilled cheese goes away at the end of the month. Melt is typically a two hour wait for a table, but at least they have pretty ceilings.
