Oh, Canada. We ate poutine, saw an outdoor wedding with a double rainbow, and slept in a bed and breakfast. I also left my fancy camera at home, so all you get is a crappy cell phone picture of the border crossing.

Ok, so I haven't updated this stupid blog in forever...so I've honestly forgotten why I took half the pictures I did. I think this was something about Nicole's closet absorbing her, but I don't really remember.

While cleaning the house today, there was a horrible, near fatal vacuum cleaner accident involving our cat Mushroom's first and favorite toy. She bonded with this owl when it kept her company through laundry room quarantine when we first brought her in the house. We quickly scrambled for an old sock, thread, catnip, and cotton to try and resuscitate owl from critical condition. I sew things. Post surgery, I think Mushroom approves of Franken-owl. Especially now that he's full of more and stronger catnip.
