This (at like four in the) morning, I frantically woke Nicole up to ask her what day it was and if I could sleep in or if I had to go to work. I wasn't very happy with the answer.
Today was a running day, so I wasn't going to post any mushroom pictures this post I swear. But Nicole surprised me and made a recipe I've been wanting to try tonight and I love it so much that I wanted to post pictures. We had breaded and pan fried mushrooms with roasted broccoli (another new favorite food) for dinner tonight.
