I took some co-workers to a lunch truck to meet up with my friend Chuck for...um...lunch. One of my friends painted the side of the truck a while ago, so I had heard about it before but hadn't tracked it down to try it until today. They have some interesting things on the menu like tofu tacos and vegetarian push-up pop sushi (above).
and? how was it? (i know, i asked you when you got back, but the question is for the benefit of those who weren't standing next to me when i asked).
